About

I am a 9th grade teacher at Spain Park High School. I have been teaching for fourteen years, nine of which were in California in the Los Angeles area. I have been at Spain Park High School for five years. What a wonderful school we have!

I taught 9th grade English for four years in California. Then I switched to eleventh grade English for four years here at Spain Park. This year, I am teaching 9th graders again, and I love it.

I am thrilled to have recently earned my Master’s degree. I am also a member of the school’s 21st Century Schools team. Through meeting with this wonderful group of people, I learned about wikis, blogs, and more. For the rest of the year, I will try to incorporate as much technology as possible in my English classes. Be patient – I’m always learning.
