If you could travel to any place at any time, where and when would you want to go? In “A Sound of Thunder,” people went back millions of years to hunt dinosaurs. What would you do and why?

If I could go back in time, I would go to the 1940s or 1950s. I would like to go back and see what life was like without tall of the technology that we have today. To see what people did for fun, I would try to find my grandparents and follow them. I could see their stories that they tell me come to life.
Time Travel would be an awesome thing to come in the future. If I could time travel I would go back to when my granddad was growing up. It would be very interesting to see how his life was. It would be a good experience because he grew up in a two bedroom house with thirteen children and to parents. He also had to work on a farm every day. It would give me a new perspective on life to see how he lived.
Have you ever wanted to travel anywhere in anytime? If I could, I’d travel back to the time of the Civil War and meet President Abraham Lincoln. I’d like to meet him because he was a great leader to the North during the Civil War. I’d like to see his kindness because he was also going to treat the South equally before his death. He was one of America’s finest presidents.
If I could travel anywhere I would go to Paris, France. I would go there because of all the shopping. I would also go there for all the sights. I would go and see the Eifel Tower, the very big carousal, and all the big buildings. Paris would be a very fun place to go to any time.

If I could travel anywhere in time it would be the future. I am not talking about one hundred years, I would travel one thousand years in the future instead. I am so afraid of the events and significant discoveries that will happen when I am gone. While I was in the future I would want to be taught by the finest historians to tell what will happen after me. I would want to know every detail such as news, pop culture and much more. There have been so many discoveries and advances during my time that I want to be amazed by all of them.

If I was on that plane, I would try to stop the hijackers. Even though I might die, I would take the risk. I would try to kill the hijackers. Where would you go? : Time Travel
If I could travel anywhere in time I would pick the year 2033. In this year I would be 40 years old. I chose this year because I would like to see what my future beholds. What will I do? Where will I live? I would like to answer questions like that. I would also like to see what the world will be like, will it be good or bad? If I actually went to the future I would explore the world and see what the future is like, but for now I can’t do this because there are no time machines which is actually a good thing because it will make our future a surprise.

If I could travel back in time to any time period, I would travel to the Renaissance Era. I would travel there because for some reason it interests me. I would want to visit all the renaissance artist like Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, and many others. I would want to see the Mona Lisa after it was just painted and the statue of David after it was just sculpted. I would want to meet all the kings and queens of the time. I would ask them what they like most about being the ruler of their country. Of course, this is all if I could time travel.
If I could go anywhere in the future I would go to the early Twenties. I t was the beginning of the Roaring Twenties. I would go to the twenties because it was a turning point for society. People were much less protective of themselves and started to open up. Flappers and two-piece bathing suits were common. People didn’t care what others thought and lived their lives the way that they wanted to!
Falling into Independence

In middle school and high school, we all dream about living on our own and starting our own lives. For me, I’ve always dreamt about this, but I’ve also had mixed feelings about it. For one, I would be extremely excited to get away from my past and be let out of the cage of living with my parents. I would be excited to prove to myself how I can live independently in the real world with success. However, this is all contrasted by the responsibilities I would have to endure by living on my own. I would have responsibilities in behavior, managing time, and especially money. I would have to get used to used to doing daily chores that I take advantage of my parents for doing. I would have these responsibilities and many more to deal with every moment of my life. This whole idea is kind of like skydiving. You can get really excited about it and finally jump out of the airplane, but if you don’t have a parachute to bring you safely to the ground, you’re in trouble. In my case, I believe I’m ready to jump, I just don’t know if my parachute of accepting responsibility is big enough.

Time travel, it’s big in the future, but stay on the path or the whole future could change. The Renascence, if full of art culture and literature, that is where I would go. The Renascence was also a time of peace and when some of the most famous artist was alive. The artist I would want to meet is Picasso. I would want to meet Picasso because I could learn how to draw upside down.

If I had the chance to time travel I would go back to the days of the mafia. Back to New York in the 1920`s to the 1940`s. I would like to travel back in to these days because I had family in the mafia in these days. I think it would be really cool to not have to follow any laws. Plus those cars are really, really cool.
If I could travel throught time I would like to travel to the future. The reson I would like to go to the future is becaue I would like to really see what will be going on. Everyone has their on thought of how if might be like some people think that the world will come to an end or something like that. I have a thought of how it might be, I think it might be batter then it is right now with out everyone fighting and killing. I maybe mistaking or maybe i’m right but I would like to travel to the future so that I could se for myself.

If I could go anywhere I would go Europe. I would go there and see different things. I would go in the summer . I would go in summer because I would feel good. There is also different this to do there.

Time travel, a futuristic desire we all wish for. If I could travel to any place in time, I would travel to the future to find out how my life would turn out. I would do this to see how my stupid decisions I made growing up changed my life. While in the future I would see how all my friends are doing and how life in the future is. If my life turned out poorly I would then go to the past and change my life with time travel.
If you could travel to any place at any time, where and when would you want to go? If I had the option to go anywhere back in time I would go to Medieval Europe and become a knight that jousts and fights. I think it would be fun to charge into battle on a horse and slashing people around you and trying to evade deadly blows. Although deadly it would be very interesting to see how they lived in the medieval ages and how they came up with money and languages. It would be uniquely different and truly a real life threatening experience.

I would go there to view their architecture and culture. I would also probably visit the first Olympic Games. Those are some of the things I would do in ancient Greece and why I wanted to go there.
If I could travel anywhere I would go back in time to see how everything was created. I would go now so I could see if what we believe now on how the world was created is actually true. When I get there I would just see how the world was created and observe who were really the 1st people and if our knowledge now is correct. I want to do this because I am curious to see if the world was created by a person and if not how far of what we believe now is from what actually happened. If this happened then mankind could know where the earth and humans actual came from and be 100% positive about it.
If I could travel anywhere in time I would go back to my kindergarten year. It was so fun just doing anything in class and taking naps. I really enjoyed it, but I never slept. We didn’t have any responsibilities and didn’t have to worry about anything because I was so young. Because it was almost impossible to fail kindergarten only if you don’t know how to color or something. That is why I would choose to go back to kindergarten for one year.

A place of interest to me is really a great historical moment. Places like when Caesar was killed or when the library of Alexandria was burnt. I would love to be able to witness things like that first hand. Also to go back and see exactly what people were thinking when they wrote something, like The Prince, or when Martin Luther posted the 95 thesis. People usually just have to assume what they think that these people were thinking when they did it. If we knew exactly what they were thinking then it could change history and how you looked at that person.
If I could travel anywhere at any time where would you go? I would go to Japan in year 3000. They would have different new advancements. The government would be changed and they would be ruled in a different way. They will have new types of food. Also the technology will be the best I would ever see.
If time travel were possible, I would go the years before Jesus was born. I would go here because I would like to know how the battles were fought back then. I would also like to see how the people dressed. I would like to eat the food they normally ate.It would be interesting to know what the people used to fight with, and being there is the best way to find out. This is why I would time travel, if it were possible.
If I could travel to any place at any time, I would like to travel back to the Medieval times, but I would have some of the technology that we usse today with me. For example I would bring my PSP, my Nintendo DS, my laptop and a portable television. The reason I would take these things is so I can see the reaction on the faces of the people that lived in that specific time era. They would probably think of me as some type of god. I would become king of wherever I end up landing, and I would be respected because they would think that if they messed with me I would use my “magic machines” to smite them!
Have you ever received that is inexpensive or free but very important? When I was younger my grandfather gave me a toy car. It was very cheap but it meant so much to me. I loved my grandfather even if he would have but me a real car I would love e him the same. To me it was the thought that counted. So I cherished that car for years

If I could go back in time and go whenever I wanted to, I would time travel to the early nineteen hundreds in America. I want to go there because I love learning everything I can about that time in history. I would love to learn about women’s segregation, the flappers, and so much more.

I would like to do this because the Holocaust is my favorite time in history. If I went back to the Holocaust the camp I would want to be put in is Alcatraz. I would want to see with my own eyes what the Germans really did to the Jews. Also, I would want to see how the Jews felt about what the Germans did to them. If I went back I would want to take risks and see how far I could without getting caught. By doing this I could come back with a lot of new information about the Holocaust.
Time travel would be extremely useful and very fun. I could be anywhere I wanted to be and go back in history. I would go to great football games of the past or battles that interest me. I think it would be really cool to be at the stadium when something great happened. If I could go back in time I would watch Bo Jackson run at Auburn. I never got to see him play because he broke his collar bone. He was the greatest back of all time.

Time travel would be so great to have today. This would be helpful to have because you can get wherever you want fast. If I could travel anywhere it would be to California. I would visit there whenever I wanted to see my family, hang at the beach, and go shopping. The reason I would want to do that is because I don’t get to see my family in California a lot. Also, it would be so much easier to time travel there because my friends and other family live in Alabama.
Where would I go if I could time travel?
I would go back in time to see my great grandmother. I would want to see what she looked like and what she acted like and how she met my great granddad. I would also want to see were she lived who were her friends and what job did she have. I would also like to know all the things that happened to her and want school she went to.
Time travel is a concept that is hard to grasp, but in ‘’A Sound of Thunder’’ they did. If I could go back in time I would go see Jesus preach to the people. I would not change anything in the past because I believe everything is the way it should be. Also if I changed anything on accident I could never forgive myself. If I change something I also take the risk of not even being born.

If I could travel to anytime I would travel back in the past to Ancient Egypt because I would like to see when how they built the pyramids and how they culture was really was back then. I would also like to see how the pharaohs acted upon the people that were building the pyramids. This is why I would like to go back to Ancient Egypt .
I would love to be able to see the Wright brothers’ first flight. It would be amazing to see the sight of their plane take off and work. I would love to see this wonderful sight because Planes fascinate me and how they work and I love to fly. It would be so different to be the pilot on that first flight because when the plane actually took off there was an unexplainable feeling of joy and happiness that it worked.
I would probably go to Rome, Italy. I would choose to go there because it is so old and it looks like a really cool place to visit. I would like to go there this summer. I might decide to go when I am a lot older. I would also like to go to Rome because it was discovered such a long time ago. I think it would be neat to see what it looks like today.

You know like if they are coming out with a new game-boy and you just bought the one the recently had and you had no Idea that the new one will be out in a few days. All you have to do is go to the future and check it out for you know what to get and not to get.

I love Japan and it s culture so much, and I`d love to go shopping for cute clothes in the Shibuya district with my best friends, take a nice warm bath in a traditional onsen (hotspring), go to see one of my favorite j.rock bands No Regret Life, buy tons of anime and manga merchandise, and eat tons of yummy Japanese food!

I would want to see if I still live in the city, if my old high school is still there, and how my life had changed. I think that the world in eighteen years would be a lot different from what the world is now. In eighteen years there will probably be a lot of new inventions, and new ways of doing things. Eighteen years ago from now, the world had big hair , and used tapes other cd’s. A lot can change within a few years, the whole world can be different.

If I was in a time travel machine I would travel to the First Olympics. When I would travel to the first Olympics I would watch the traditional events the athletes would compete in. I think just being at the First Olympics would be cool to see the ancient countries compete against each other. The one event I would watch the most would be the chariot racing. That to me would be the most important event to watch there at the Olympics.

If I could travel anywhere in the world and do anything it would probably go to Peru. One reason why I would want to go to Peru would be because my parents have gotten to go and I have always wanted to go. I love the culture of Peru and the people all are the same. The beaches in Peru are also amazingly beautiful. Some of the things that I would do while in Peru would probably be parasailing, even though I have done it before it would be so cool if I was able to do it in Peru!

If I could travel to any place at anytime I would go to the year 20022. I went to go there to see what my life we are & where I will be in life, to see I have accomplished everything that I plan too. I would actually like to go about a week from today to give myself time to prepare for the results. I would also like to go back in time to the year 1999-2001 to get all the missed memories of my mother & me together. To help prevent her death so we could be happy again, so that I can be happy now!
Time Travel
If I could travel into the future, I would go to New York City in the year of 3100. Why, would I go to New York City and why in the future and not the past? I would like to see what New York City would be like in the future. I believe that ever thing in the future would be smaller and more technical and complex then what we have today. One of the things I would like to see is how different the lights are in the city. I would also want to know if famous people still live there.
If there’s any place in time where I would love to go would have to be Kitty Hawk, North Carolina. The reason why I wanted to go to Kitty Hawk is because that little patch of sand in North Carolina holds the first American Flying Machine. I was always interested in aviation and to go to the place where it began would be nothing short of amazing.
It would be cool to travel back in time. If I could travel anywhere I would go to America when just Indians were here. It would be cool to see the way they lived since they were by themselves and had no way to learn life b/c they were only people in America at the time.
If I could, I would go back in time and try and change the future so I was rich and famous or something like that. Then I would go to back in time to make myself president and then I would go back in time and make sure the Lincoln didn’t get assassinated.
If I could travel to any place at any time, I would go 100 years into the future. I would go there because I want to know what life will be like then and what new technologies will exist. I would go to a mall and see what the styles will be. I would go to Best Buy to see how small or fast computers will be. Also, I would turn on a radio to see what kind of music will be popular in the future.
Time travel is a concept that is very interesting to people. If I could go anywhere at any time, I would go to Atlanta during the civil war. I would go far a few reasons. First, the civil war is an event in history that has a lot to do with the way we live today. Secondly, I would like to see how people lived, compared to how we live today. Finally I would like to hear stories from people who had experienced all of the hardships of that time. That’s where I would go.
It would be truly amazing to be able to go back anywhere during any time period. If I was able to go anywhere, anytime, I would definitely go to Sparta during the time of the war between the Spartans and the Persian Empire. It would be awesome to become a Spartan soldier and go into battle without guns. I think being a soldier would be respectable and worth it. It’s made me consider, one day, joining the armed forces of our nation.

If I could go anywhere in the world at any time I would go back white water rafting on the Ocoee River in Tennessee with my dad. That was the most fun I’ve had with just me and my dad and it was a great experience. We went about four months ago and it was beautiful outside. I probably wouldn’t of changed anything about the trip, I just would love to do it again.
If I could go back in time, I would go back to the first days of when earth was created. That time seems interesting of how all of these animals and people evolved from tiny organisms to solid figures. Just to watch the time fly by and watch how time changes the planet you live on.

If I could go back in time I would go back to September 13, 1996 when Tupac Shakur was shot by Notorious B.I.G. so I could save Tupac. The reason I would go to this time and save Tupac is because he is a legend and people could still listen to his music. Tupac would then let me roll with him so my rep would go up and I’d be famous for saving Tupac. I think that this would be a historical time for millions of Tupac fans represent!
If I could go back in time I would go back to the days of when there were no problems and animals could live. I would go and save the dinosaurs. I would do this so we could know more about them and so that we could live with this extraordinary creature.
If I could travel anywhere in the world I would travel to when I was small. When I was small my big sister Karla forgot to put on my seat belt when we were going to Wal-mart. So the car stopped and I flew forward and flipped over hit myself on a metal bar and popped my head open. If I could have gone back that is the time I would go back to so I wouldn’t have brain damage, so I would be smarter than I am right now.
If I had a time traveling machine, I would go back in the past around probably in 1600s. I would go to England or Ireland, because I really love the country side of like, ancient places (which would be ancient today). Would buy myself a cottage, and…if I could stay in the past, I would live there until I would die, of old age, hopefully.
If I could travel to any period of time, I would go back to the Renaissance. I would love to see all the beautiful architecture and art from the time. I would also like to meet Michaelangelo, da Vinci, and other great artists. If I went back in time, I would also want to experience what daily life was like and how it is different from the present. I think it would make me appreciate what we have now a lot more.
If I could travel to any place in time, it would be to the 1960’s. Many influential bands and artists lived in this time period. I would love to see the Beatles in concert with all four original members. If the Beatles had not been as successful as they were, the music world would not be the same today.
Independence, it’s a big word with a lot of meanings. In the story the main character moves away from home to be independent. Independence to me means being a responsible person on your own. When I grow up I want to be independent and I’m looking forward to it. I would like to show my parents I can be young and responsible person, I think being independent will show them that.
I wonder what past like, because I want to time travel. I would go back 65 million years ago when dinosaurs were around. Growing up, I have always been fascinated with them, especially the t-rex. I wonder how big they are and how heavy are they. I would take real life pictures. Then spend the night and come back to my time.

Time travel When? Where? And why?
If I could travel to any place in time I would go to the future. I would go to the future because I would like to see myself when I get older. I would like to see what I did with my life so that I could go back and fix what I did wrong. I would also by a book of sports so I could place a bunch of bets and become a millionaire and my future would be bright.
If i could go back into time it would be the 70’s. Then i would be the presedent and dont go to the vietnam war nor bring drugs to this country. Ten i would produce a car that would not have any oil and gasoline stuff to run it. The world would be cleaner.
There and Back Again

Time travel is a subject that has been written, talked, and questioned about long before I was born. If I had the option to travel to any time period, I would travel twenty years into the future. I would go to wherever I would be at that time to see how my life had changed from the present. Hopefully I would have a successful job and a happy family. If this was the case, I would want to see them as well as my current family and how they had changed. I would want to see how the world had changed, new technologies, and new discoveries. I would want to see these things just to simply see them and compare them with the present. I would also want to see the future to know if there was anything that I could do now to prevent anything harmful from occurring. I think the idea of time travel would be mind-blowing and possibly beneficial.
If I could go to a place in time I would go back to the bible days. I would bring gods words of wisdom to the present. If I could go back in time then I would change my name so it would stay within the bible. God would tell me what to do and I would do it without a doubt. Saving lives from eternal burning would be great. I know I would have to pay some price like god did if I wanted to save lives but I would still do it.

Maybe not better then today or tomorrow, but the experience is what will make it a better world.

If I could go back in time, I would go to a baseball game and watch Babe Ruth hit his most famous homerun, in color, instead of always watching it on T.V. in black and white. Also, if I could go back in time, I would see my grandpa, because I never saw him. He died before I was born. If I could have talked to him before he died I could have saved his life by telling him not to smoke.
